Great Cookbook- easy, good food,
By
This review is from: The Everything One-Pot Cookbook (Paperback)
This is not about fancy cooking or exotic ingredients. For the most part, this book is full of one pot meals that you can make with very little effort. Every recipe I have tried has been easy to make with on hand ingredients. I particularly liked the wide variety of recipes: casserole recipes, crock pot recipes, wok recipes, one pan/pot recipes etc. I refer to this one many times when planning meals or looking for a last minute meal to prepare.

I liked this cookbook so much I'm buying another for my sister. The book has easy, wholesome, one-pot meals perfect for working families.

Has some decent recipes but overall quite average. However, I'm a very picky eater so others might enjoy the book more.

More than one pot,

Technically you don't just use one pot. The recipes are not that easy or common. This is not a book for beginners.

I returned this book as it did not give enough detail regarding time, nor did it give enough simple recipes. I am a new "slow cooker" & needed more help. There are much better books on the market.
