Fabulous well written book in easy to understand language even for a layman ebay person. There are pictures to help communicate and show ebay auctions which will help the customers. There is even a chapter on how to become an ebay seller. All brides to be should buy this book.

This book is jammed packed with awesome advice and how to plan your wedding from start to finish. A great resource for those planning a wedding on a budget! This book is great for both novice and expert Ebay users. For novices, there's a whole section that explains how to sign up and bid on Ebay. The most helpful part of the book for me was the search words for Ebay. Often times, wording is everything in finding the right item, and this book definitely helped out in that department.

Even if you have never used Ebay, this book will tell you how. There are even lists of ebay sellers that the authors have used, so you already know they are trust worthy.

Read it cover to cover, or read it as a reference book, you can get a lot of valuable information. Even if you only decide to get certain things off of ebay, this book will save you money. Save money wherever you can so you can splurge on your honeymoon! This is a must have for couples planning their wedding.

The authors themselves saved 50-80% of the cost of their wedding on Ebay, and their partnership with Ebay pro Dennis prince adds a dimension of authority to their own tips and experiences.

If you hate being ripped off by wedding vendors (overcharging you from dresses to ring pillows to aisle runners) this book is for you. But eBay's stock of wedding-related goods is rather limited, and sometimes the shipping charges make it worthwhile to go a store instead. For example, I bought a ring pillow for $5 at a discount store while ebay charges $10 (five for the pillow and the rest for shipping). Yes, you can buy a cheap wedding dress, but the quality varies and a lot of them are made in China and take 2 months to ship. Sellers on ebay can rip you off, as well. After reading this book, I went on ebay and bought a customized wedding guest book from a seller called kringle3. Even though the seller had positive feedback, I was disappointed by the poorly made book - it looked like she bought a cheap book at a 99 cent shop and put a bow around it. I asked for a full refund and she refused, delusional that something so tacky was worth $40. I had to contact Paypal and my credit card company to force her to refund me. That bad experience turned me off of buying customized wedding items on ebay. So the book is useful up to a point - you can save money, but it's unlikely you can get "everything" for your wedding on ebay - unless you're willing to have the ultimate cheapskate's wedding with obviously fake flowers, a so-so wedding dress, tacky guest book and minor favors. And ebay has no discount sites for caterers or photographers, so the biggest costs of the typical wedding are not reduced at all.

This book makes it sound like you can do everything for your wedding by shopping ebay. While its true you can purchase items and then resell after the wedding, many items on ebay were not that inexpensive to begin with. I have shopped around town and compared prices with ebay and found that some ebay things cost more in the long run when you add shipping.
Stick with the biggest items like purchasing linens for your reception instead of renting them. Then, you can sell them again later. Not sure I would recommend buying a wedding gown on ebay even though you can save a lot. There are too many what ifs for your big day.
