So full of errors and typos, it's ridiculous,

I would not recommend this study guide. Don't waste your money. This book appears to not have been edited at all. There are incomplete sentences, and sentences that simply don't make sense. I have never in my life, and I am 41 years old, seen a published book so riddled with careless mistakes. It is distracting and makes it hard to know whether the author knows what he is talking about at all. I had much more luck with Aspen Publishing's "Law in a Flash" Evidence flashcards.
