Not exactly a Guide to Practice,
By A. O. Slo "texcalgal" (Southern California) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Evidence-Based Rehabilitation: A Guide to Practice (Hardcover)
This book is very well written and can be very educational, however you should realize what it is, and what it is not. It is predominantly about research: how to read it, how to incorporate the findings, how to participate in it, how to conduct it. This has a very high degree of theory and very little practice. I found a section on how to search online for medical and allied health articles very helpful, however I was hoping to find more suggestions on current practice procedures relating to the most up to date studies and that is definitely not what this is.
