5.0 out of 5 stars Good, but you should pay less than $52 for this book, July 28, 2010
This review is from: Evidence Before International Tribunals (Procedural aspects of international law series) (Hardcover)
This book is very good and detailed. It is definitely a classic book in what regards to international evidence. Everybody quotes it. The only problem is that it is a bit old.

It has chapters related to:
The nature and sources of the rules of evidence;
Order and time of the submission of evidence;
The Production of Evidence;
The Admission of Evidence;
Documentary Evidence;
Testimonial Evidence;
Evidence subject to special rules of admission and evaluation;
Propossitions not requiring proof and
Rehearings and revision on the basis of newly discovered or fraudulent evidence.

Each of these themes is thoroughly analyzed.

However, William S. Hein has the new reprinted version at $52. [...] , so you shouldn't pay more than that for the book.
