About the Author

Is a professor of Law at the University of Miami School of Law where he specializes in evidence and trial practice. He received his J.D., Magna Cum Laude, from Columbia Law School where he was a member of the Law Review. In addition to writing numerous articles on evidence topics for various Law Reviews, Professor Graham authored the first two editions of the Handbook of Federal Evidence, Federal Evidence in a Nutshell, plus other books on evidence and related subjects. He is also a Contributing Author to McCormick on Evidence, 4th and wrote articles for the Criminal Law Bulletin for ten years. He was the Reporter of the U.S. Department of Labor Rules of Evidence promulgated in 1990 and a former Reporter for the Illinois Supreme Court Committee on Rules of Evidence. He is also a member of the American Law Institute. --This text refers to an out of print or unavailable edition of this title.
