5.0 out of 5 stars smokin!, August 7, 2000

Addictive. This is an outstanding collection of swing that will leave your head spinning. The album slows in the middle but the last two tunes will stick in your head and wake you at night, the vocals are husky, sexy and sultry. The precussion is outstanding one wrist rolls with complimentary horns and strings. This is a DO NOT MISS.

5.0 out of 5 stars Swingabilly at its best, May 26, 1999

This CD gets played more often than my other neo-swing discs simply because it's so danceable and the harmonizing vocals are done so nicely. The tunes are very catchy and you'll find yourself singing along and tapping your feet. The Camaros are a hybrid of swing, rockabilly & pop and there is something on here that will appeal to everyone so buy this CD! It doesn't suck! :)

5.0 out of 5 stars Dual vocalist are a treat, January 16, 2000
This review is from: Evil (Audio CD)
I really like this Cd (and the band did a good show when I saw them in VA Beach). Having the two female leads harmonizing on most of the songs is a great treat. The lyrics are catchy and the tunes memberable. I recommend you buy this Cd as I hear the band has split from one of the vocalist. I haven't heard anything from the "new" Camaros, but I fear their sound will be different with only one singer.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great CD, great live show!!, June 1, 1999

This is an excellent swing cd! I have had the privilege of seeing the Camaros live twice, and their show is just as good as the CD. The music ranges from sultry to playful to silly to driving... and all of the lyrics are very cleverly written. I highly recommend this for any swing fan's collection, and I highly recommend checking out their show.

5.0 out of 5 stars Rockin Estrogen Party!, March 11, 1999

It's not just another nouveau swing band - they have great sound and rhythm and unpolished but real sounding vocals. Heard em being played in a card shop and special ordered it that hour!
