Editorial Reviews

Product Description

Evil Inc is about a corporation run by and for super-villains. (Because you can do more evil if you do it legally!) This book is a collection of the daily comic strip from Jan. - Aug. 2006. However, instead of the standard comic-strip collection, we've taken the individual comic-strip panels and created a continuous-narrative graphic novel.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Good Business, Run By Bad, Bad People., July 18, 2007

(REAL NAME)
Many, many 9-to-5ers have thought their boss was evil.

The folks at Evil Inc KNOW he is, that's why they work there!

A corporation, publicly traded, & run by & for Supervillains.

The CEO wears a mask & cape, executive backstabbing is literal, office toys include killer robots & Crackling Electric Death Rays, & the Big Boss's Receptionist wears a mask & bustier to the office, because that's required in the Dress Code.

There is also an intruiging sub-plot: a Superhero & a Supervillainess are secretly married & have a kid! Problems ranging from daycare to the in-laws (out-laws?) are more difficult, when you add capes, spandex, & the Neverending Struggle For Something-Or-Other-Not-Copyrighted.

A concept both working folks & comics fans can love, laugh at, & occassionally nod knowingly at the things they recognize in it.

MUCH funnier than Dilbert.

5.0 out of 5 stars Funny and subtle in the right manner, June 12, 2007
By Robert Whitaker Sirignano "Robert WS--" (Directly above the center of the earth) - See all my reviews
Anyone who has ever spent time following Super hero comic books will enjoy this outing and marvel at the drawing and the writing.
This isn't so much satire as an effort of love and appreciation for a genre.
Imagine a 'anti Justice League' called Evil, Inc, where the members are devoted to doing wrong and being bad.

You can find out if you're interested in this by googling "Evil Inc" and reading some of the strips for yourself.
