More About the Author

Jones drew on his personal experiences of being raised predominantly in a single-parent household and retrieving multiple collection agency calls as a teenager for his mother with poor credit. He promised himself that he would not follow the same path of financial irresponsibility into his adulthood, but it was the only path he knew.

He continued the cycle of financial irresponsibility into his adulthood until one day he acknowledged that a change was needed. Jones secured multiple jobs, slowly paid off his debts, refused to file bankruptcy and overcame multiple occurrences of being a victim of ID theft.

He resides and is a native of Phoenix, Arizona, works as an information technology professional, actively serves within the Arizona Republican Party as a state and precinct committeeman, as well as his legislative district's secretary and web site administrator. Jones also holds a master's degree in Management Science from University of Central Texas (now Texas A&M University - Central Texas), a bachelor's in Aviation Business Administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and an associate's degree from the New Mexico Military Institute.

5.0 out of 5 stars Double A, March 23, 2006
This review is from: Evil Money Evil Credit (Paperback)
This is my second attempt to write a review on this book. I was totally inthralled with the concise approach this author had to this subject. The subject is of great importance in this day and time of people being over extended and possibly ruining their future by living on credit. I plan to share this with my grandchildren and anyone else that I feel will benefit. With the known fact that even your young children are subject to identity theft, checking your credit on a regular basis should be done by all. Learning how your credit is viewed by so many, even when applying for a job, these were things that opened my eyes. Thank you for this book that should be reread and referred to on a regular basis.

It was really nice to find a book that is helpful and gives common sense advise. Noone, classes or even parents, provided the basic information. Everything I thought I knew about credit I learned the hard way. Thanks to this book I have a great guide. Thanks.
