She has a very annoying vibrato and a timbre to her voice that sounds almost cartoonish.
I saw the original show and have the original cast recording -- I like this recording as much as I liked the first one for different reasons.
I would recommend this for any true fan of the show as it is a fresh look at a classical musical.
