The exclusive EVO Swing Arm shock absorption system is designed to minimize the impact from running and walking. Users who have had a history of lower back pain, shin splints, or degenerative knees will benefit from Swing Arm technology lessens the impact on these areas of the body. Instead of the impact sending the shock through your body, the impact is dispersed through the swing-arm, deck, and frame of the treadmill, creating a smooth, fluid walk or run with greatly reduced impact.

The custom design allows for a soft, forgiving foot landing on the front of the belt, while providing a firm push-off from the rear, providing an ideal surface that reduces impact and relieves pressure on your lower body muscles and tendons, in addition to your lower back.

By waving or holding your hand over the side rails you can increase or decrease the speed (right side rail for increase; left side rail for decrease). You can stop by holding both hands over the side rails simultaneously.

We have owned this treadmill for about a year and it is just great. It is extremely well made and the Smooth Fitness Company's Customer Service is one of the best that I have ever dealt with. We had a cracked handle and a few blemishes on the frame from shipping and they came out right away and replaced it free of charge. I have found this treadmill to be one of the best investment that I have ever made, and with it's warranty and performance. I am more than happy with it.
