I'm still learning how to use the product, but I'm very impressed with their customer service. They have gone out of their way to respond quickly to questions I have about the watering blanket. I highly recommend that you email them with questions before you purchase to make sure you get the right configuration and accessories for your particular application. They are very helpful.
