Gottfried Punz is senior researcher at the network research division of NEC Laboratories Europe and has been active in 3GPP standardization since 2005. This book has many errors even the basic interfaces in many places were listed incorrectly. The diagrams are not well drawn that makes difficult to comprehend and compare.
