Evolution of a New Sound, November 23, 2004

This CD is incredible! It has a wonderful mix of hip hop, jazz, R&B, as well as DCs own sound, GoGo Soul. Many artists such as Jill Scott, and Jay Z have sampled music from this home-grown sound, but nothing compares to the original. There is even one song on the CD, "LapDance", which includes an incredible Latin sound. There are 17 songs on the CD (and a bonus CD), excellent ballads, as well as rythms that are sure to get your head bobbing.
