Direct involving
Evolving Excellence involve the reader in the practical world of using LEAN and Excellence.I like the direct comments on how some organisations and leaders try to use concepts they do not have 100 % understanding of! The authors have humour using "banging the head against the wall" remarks on silly ways to use management concepts making the reader reflect of a better way...
