Cute, but useless!,

The construction of this product was pretty good. Its thick plastic and seemed to be a quality spring. The only problem is that it's pretty useless. The disk that is suppose to sit against the raw banana edge doesn't sit snuggly enough to prevent air to getting to the banana so it still gets a brown glaze over it. And if you have a large banana the disk only covers a portion of the surface anyway. Basically, the banana looks exactly the same as if the saver was never on there.
