To put the handle on the rake head, apply a little soap/detergent and water to the black threaded end of the handle. Expand the handle enough to leave a good gripping area on the thin end of the handle. Push the threaded end of the handle into the round opening in the head and rotate the handle clockwise until the thread grips into the grooves in the head. Keep turning until most of the thread is embedded. It is easier to attach the rake head with two people, with one holding the head and the other turning the handle. This is designed to be very tight so that the handle and rake head will not separate during use.

I used to have an "As Seen on TV" carpet rake I used to rake up dog hair, but then it broke after a few months and I couldn't find a replacement. Read morePublished 17 hours ago by JohnnyB
The broom is somewhat effective but just super difficult to use, at least for me. Too heavy, too much resistance, too uncomfortable of an angle. Read morePublished 1 day ago by Susan Oakland

Does a great job removing medium-length dog hair from carpet. Being a big guy, though, I may have put a bit too much force into it and bent it. Read morePublished 3 days ago by Colin Luttrell
Good idea, poorly made. Handle keeps slipping and making it shorter, but it was cheap and it works well.Published 4 days ago by McSabbyD
