John Sandon is Bonham's International Director of Ceramics and Glass. He is the author of nine books including the Dictionary of Worcester Porcelain, the standard reference work on the subject and writes for many magazines in Britain and America. He is a popular lecturer and has been an expert on the BBC's Antiques Roadshow for more than twenty years.

I bought a different edition of this book and WOW!!,

I compared this book with The Art of Worcester Porcelain, 1715-1788: Masterpieces from the British Museum Collection. Both books are about the same size. The British Museum Collection is not as diversified nor as beautiful as the Ewers-Tyne Collection. The John Sandon book is a little cheaper and certainly more colorful. Both books have a lot of photos and a lot of text. I purchased the John Sandon book. I have other books by him and they all seem to have more photos and style variety than his competitors.
