for showing me this artist on your program. I did not know who he was at all until I saw the video for "Wreckage" on VH1. It is a fabulous song with a powerful message, along the lines of U2's "One" or Phil Collins' "Another Day in Paradise." It prompted me to download both of his albums and everything on them is also wonderful, though "Wreckage" is hands down my favorite. Once again, thank you!

I was in love with Ben Jelen's first album, "Give It All Away," and i couldnt wait for there to be more. The first song i heard on "Ex-Sensitive" was "Pulse" and after that i HAD to get the album. I am so glad i did. Another great set of songs from a talented young artist. The passion can definitely be heard and its addicting. This CD has been in my CD player every day. Its one you cant get enough of.

Ben Jelen's sophomore release, "Ex-Sensitive" blows his debut album out of the water, and no one thought that would be possible! It is a great mix of tracks and will appeal to music fans of all genres and ages. Do not miss out on getting this cd, Ben is an amazing guy and an amazing talent!

Ben Jelen's sophomore CD, "Ex-Sensitive" is a truly a treasure. His brilliance as an artist is clearly evident in the strong messages he sends in his songs like "Ex-Sensitive", the title song, about how too much technology leaves us feeling de-sensitized, "What Have We Done", about the effects of war from the soldiers' point of view and in "Not My Plan" about finding a better place 'here on earth'. There is a strong Beatles influence in this CD so if you miss the upbeat sound of The Beatles, you'll hear them once again in "Just A Little", "Short of The World" and "Where Do We Go". Other songs are so soothing like "Counting Down", "Papa Here I Go" and "The Other Side".

Like a good book that you can't put down, since I bought this CD, I cannot part with it. I'm a huge fan of Ben Jelen's, since he released his first CD, "Give It All Away". To be able to create songs that are melodic, lyrical, have a rock and roll feel and say something profound is a rare gift in a musician. And Ben Jelen has it. "Ex-Sensitive" leaves you feeling invigorated and hopeful for the world. Go out and by a copy and see for yourself. It is truly a treasure!

Ben Jelen's GIVE IT ALL AWAY (his first CD) and his new release EX-SENSITIVE are both excellent recordings that I never tire of. His music is refreshing and original in and of itself, but compared to the homogonized stuff that is released today, it is that much more unique. His rock songs have power, his ballads have heart and truth, and his pop songs are just as extraordinary. Ben Jelen comes to us from Scotland UK so there is an extra layer of magic that is missed by most Americans who market albums today. I highly recommend both Ben Jelen albums and after one listen it will be diffficult for you not to become a lifetime fan. His popularity is still on the upswing so get on board before he becomes a major musical force and enjoy the ride.

Ben Jelen has done it again with his sophomore release! Finally! An artist who's music is not only artfully crafted,but actually has something important to say. Ben's lyrics truly come from his heart. The music is wonderfully moving with beautifully thought-provoking lyrics from an extremely talented musician. I loved his first album. I love this one even more!! Way to go Ben!

I've been looking forward to a new album from Ben Jelen for awhile now, and this was absolutely worth the wait! I love every song, haven't been able to pick a favorite yet. This is the best new release of the year so far!

I have thoroughly enjoyed Ben Jelen's music since before his debut album was available for purchase. If you want fresh music from an artist who is so talented, not only vocally, but instrumentally as well, this is the album for you. Ben Jelen has amazed me yet again with this new album and I cannot praise it enough!

I heard a cut from this album on a sampler and was blown away. I couldn't wait for the album to be released, and it was worth the wait. The rest of the album was every bit as good as the cut I had listened to previously. I've turned a few of my friends on to the CD and they're glad I did. This is definitely an artist to watch!
