About the Author

Jeffrey Shapiro is a well known IT expert and author. He has written several books, which include the widely acclaimed Computer Telephony Strategies, by Hungry Minds, the Windows 2000 Server Bible by Hungry Minds, Inc. and SQL Server 2000: The Complete Reference, by Osborne/McGraw-Hill.
