As an attorney with a longtime interest in polygraph, I was thrilled to find Dr. Matte's recent contribution to this field. As Mr. Kitchen notes in his foreword to Dr. Matte's masterful treatise, the primary obstacle to the wide spread use of polygraph evidence in litigation is the difficulty of laying a proper foundation for its admission.
