Can't even install.....,

This is my third time purchase of Wiley software products. I am afraid that my experiences with their softwares has not been very pleasant. This time is the worst; I can not even install the program on my PC. It keeps requiring numerious amounts of dill files, starting with "Cliffbuttons.dil" No information about this problem can be found on their website. Honestly, I do not feel like contacting them anymore because all the responses I got from them in past were just the link bottons to their FAQ pages where I could never find the solutions. Maybe, the installation problem this time is only me... I am tired of Wiley software, and gave up. I just want my money back if possible.... Sorry for being rude, but this is my honest feeling toward their software products. I will just go with their book which I appreciate for its high quality. They really need to invest into R&D to develop better software products.

If you already have version 12 or older, don't need to buy the newest ones. There are, at most, 10 new question in all.With AICPA requesting candidates to not divulge information on the examination, I wonder how all the different programs available are going to survive. Also, the price more than double compared to two years ago. Not good. |
