This is the only time that I bought a supplement and felt like the rich law professors who wrote it actually deserved my borrowed money. Very thorough and helpful examples! Not like some other E and Es that use the same facts as the key cases and merely change the names. It includes at least two examples on every issue that you could possibly be tested on.

By far my favorite 1L E&E. The last chapter includes an issue spotter checklist and model exam questions that justify the purchase price of the book.
