Expensive, but great dehydrator,

The trays are pretty big and fit large quantities of food. There is a knob to adjust the temperature, ideal for raw food enthusiasts. It makes a bit of white noise, so some folks may prefer to have it where it can't be heard.

I have used my hydrator four times now. It is wonderful. It makes great sun dried tomatoes, my favorite. I tried the flax see cracker and that is good. Great for live healthy eating. Looking forward to trying more recipes. I just have to remember anything I want to make takes about two days. So scheduling is very important.
