it's not illuminated. I had to hold a flashlight under my chin to see the game pieces!

Beware: Board not regulation!, November 23, 2007

Beware - the screens on these backgammon games are not regulation. The points on a regulation board are supposed to alternate colors (light/dark) all the way around the baord. These screens have all white points immediately on each side of the the bar. Please check the photos closely and you'll see. For those who know the game, this is totally not acceptable.

Made wrong BG board, September 18, 2009
= Durability:3.0 out of 5 stars = Fun:1.0 out of 5 stars = Educational:1.0 out of 5 stars

Terrible product. First the board is printed wrong. Color pips should alternate, there are two white pips together at the center bar making usual counting in the game difficult. Second, there is no way to double in this game. Third it does not keep track of game scores. Fourth moving checkers with the stylus doesn't work in certain combinations.
