This product is very cheap. It's Flimsy and there is no way to preven accidentally hitting the record button which erases what you have recorded. Do Not purchase. I found a better less expensive one at Hallmark that is solid and has a lock for the recording.

Terrible is the best word to describe. You'd be better off flushing your money - at least you could avoid the frustration of trying to program this POS.
