Excalibur's C2 crank is the perfect solution for hunters who have difficulty drawing high poundage crossbows. The C2 crank dramatically reduces the effort required to draw any current Excalibur crossbow model, as well as guaranteeing consistent string alignment. Unlike cumbersome permanently mounted cranks, it detaches in seconds when the bow is cocked, and is carried separately in a pack or pocket. Constructed of high strength aluminum alloys and machined to tightest tolerances, it will provide years of trouble free service. Please note that this Cranking aid is for use with Excalibur's thumbhole or 2008 and newer traditional stocks identified by five diagonal slash marks located on the forend on either side of the trigger. This will not fit Relayer Y25.

I purchased this bow cocker because I was not sure I would be able to cock my Excaliur bow while in a tree stand. I was wrong as I am able to cock this bow in the stand. BUT, this cocking device works great. If you have a cross bow that you have to strain to cock, give this a try. It is easy to use, quite and small enough to pack in the woods. I rate this a 5 because it works as it is intended ans seems to be built to last.

The "but" is that it's noisy. If you're hunting and need to cock the crossbow with this, be prepared for a clicking noise that will scare the game out of the area. Cock the bow before you go into the woods and make the first shot count. I have a bad back and this really helps for repeated target shooting. It is well made, is easy to use and fits on the crossbow securely.
