The description claims to be Premium sheets the only difference between these & the No brand named - (the Premium pack of 5 also sold on Amazon) the Excalibur ParaFlexx Premium are SMALLER then the Premium pack of 5 & cost (4x's more!) I feel this description is misleading it applies you will get something different something different- example: A thicker, or stronger sheet then the No NAMED Brand & this s NOT True!

I have already purchased the Premium pack of 5 and compared the sheets together Results: The Excalibur ParaFlexx Premium sheet cost $9.99 per sheet, and the NO Name brand is considerable less $$ for 5 sheets!
With regards to cooking results - Both trays came out the same!

Now about the product its self YES the item works, In fact these sheets are a MUST HAVE when dehydrating fruit rolls ups and other purées.

Just keep in mind you can get the same effect with the less costly Premium Pack of 5 right here on Amazon. *I hope I have helped you save some money!

This is a real straightforward product: put it in dehydrator, use, wash it off when it gets dirty. Works well for crackers, fruit rollups, and other wet things that would normally fall through the mesh liners that come with your trays. I only bought one because they are quite expensive, but I'd recommend getting the actual Excalicur brand of nonstick sheet... you never know what those knock-off sheets are made of.

I took off a star for the way this was shipped to me. Though it arrived very quickly, the sheet was just thrown into a mailing box and had a few creases in it by the time I received it. This doesn't affect the use of the product, but if they had at least rolled it into a cylinder and used a rubberband to secure it, it would have arrived crease-free and in pristine condition. It's a small thing overall to complain about, but details matter when it comes to good customer service. However, this would not deter me from purchasing again.
