THE EXCALIBUR ELECTRONIC HAND-HELD ROULETTE GAME is a handome, durable unit. One needs a screwdriver to open and close the battery compartment so one has to be careful not to lose the battery cover. However, that aside, this a nifty little hand-held unit.
Except for one thing.
The player is limited to bets of $10, or $40, or $80 on each betting
area. You cannot bet $5, or $7 or even $12 or $48 anywhere. Even
land-based casinos allow increases and/or decreases in $1 increments, if the minimum bet has already been made.
I have been practicing roulette every day for over two decades now. (Oh, is THAT why my hair has turned a bit grey?) At any rate, I have found that inserting an "oddish number bet", ($17, $23, $51, etc.), once in a while, (and sometimes, more than once in a while), is often
to the player's advantage, Therefore, however well-made, and however
handome, this Excalibur Electronic Roulette Hand-Held Game is, I can
only reommend it as a learning tool, to teach the various bets -- where and how to place them, and what each bet will pay. But this is sadly a unit that has a very, very limited use, for those who like to seriously practice roulette.

I just purchased this from another company for 19.99 and Target is selling it for 149.99? That seems way to high a price anyway.
