I originally purchased five of the Premium Non-Stick Drying sheets, which came properly packaged in a mailing tube - the product has been great for making fruit leathers. However, when I ordered more sheets, they came simply thrown/stuffed in a box, and each had suffered creases that damaged the surface. I returned these with a note regarding the poor packing, and later ordered five more sheets. Unfortunately, these sheets also arrived unprotected and creased, basically just thrown into a box. I do not recommend purchasing an otherwise good product from this vendor until they improve their shipping methods.

This is an absolute necessity for dehydrating fruit purees for roll-ups and or vegetable purees as well. It's also good as a start for drying very juicy items that would leak using just the mesh screen. These sheets clean up very easily which makes them even better. I still have some very usable Excalibur sheets from 15 years ago when I first bought my dehydrator.

Just like the other reviewer, I ordered 4 of these and when I opened the box I discovered 3 of the 4 were simply laid in the large box with some bubble wrap, while one was rolled up. All 4 were creased and looked like they have been used for years or something. :) The seller was The Raw Food World, and the order was fulfilled by Amazon. I decided to return these to Amazon and ordered from Harvest Essentials, where it is $2 more for 4 of these, but I trust that they will package them correctly. As a matter of fact, I'll call their 800 number to order so that I can request they be mailed in a tube!
