I was very unimpressed with the book. It was a recommended companion book for an Accounting class that I'm taking, but it's written at a high-school level for total beginners. There are so many good excel books on the market that is seems a shame to spend $40 on something mediocre.
Also when I ordered the book in 2/2008 Amazon sent me an old version that's written for Excel 2003 rather than Excel 2007. This is one of the few times that I've been disappointed with Amazon. They should instruct buyers if they don't yet carry the most current version of a book.

Good for user with no Excel experience at all,

Bought this for a class... the book is to easy, like to easy. Not that easy is bad, but if you have had any experience in Excel, don't get this! You will waste your money. If you have had no experience in Excel, you need this book because it will summarize other books.
For users with Excel experience: 1 star For users with no Excel experience (you never heard of the program): 5 stars |
