Paper sometimes stuck,

The rack holds paper well. Sometimes it doesn't want to give the paper back to you in the original condition. Sometimes, if you pull straight down, it will tear because the glass balls inside is stuck. You have to wiggle the paper a bit to get it to relase the paper without a tear. Once you get the hang of wiggling the paper, it always come out with no tears.
