I received the right book. Reasonably priced and packed securely. I recommend to use expedited shipping method instead of media mail if you don't want to suffer being late with your lessons or order your books ahead of time.

I just want to say although it was only 14.00 dollars should I be upset that my

cover was bent and torn. Yes I should ,the packing was not done correctly now my

book looks used,When it was supposed to be new.I brought a used book that looked

brand new.

Obviously, I bought this textbook for a class that I'm taking. As far as textbooks go, it is pretty interesting and well written.

This seller was fabulous!

Item was shipped within a reasonable amount of time. I would have liked to have a tracking number, so I could tell where it was. The shape of the book was a little rougher, than it was described. It said good condition, however it had highlighted pages, and pretty banged up on the exterior.

I purchased this textbook for my Introduction to Business class and I must say, this is one of the more useful textbooks I've read. I will definitely be holding on to this one long after I've received my degree. There is plenty of useful information in this book for all levels of Business Management.

The product was delivered in the condition it was advertised for. It arrived in a timely manner. I would buy from this seller again.

I paid for expedited shipping,and really needed the textbook on time. It took 8 days to get to me.That is not expedited!!!!.Did I pay for something I didn't get? the texbook itself was in good shape. clean, no markings.
