In Module Three, "Leading Through Mission", Frances Hesselbein examines the leadership role of the board-CEO team. Participants learn from a case study how one board-CEO team worked together to craft an inspiring and effective mission and imbued it throughout the organization. Exercises help participants to look afresh at their own missions.
