Hi, I was recommended this book yesterday by a facilitation trainer. I will start teaching two art classes and two computer classes every week, starting in September. I have never taught consecutively in the same school with the same students before. I am really nervous. What other books do you recommend? (Rookie Teaching for Dummies, Fred Jones Tools for Teaching (ed 1 or 2), and Classroom Instructions that Works?)

Read the First Six Weeks of School and any other Responsive Classroom books. The website, www.responsiveclassroom.org is full of great advice, too.
