Book Description

October 31, 1999
ARE YOU OR YOUR CHILD REALLY ADD? "ADD To Excellent Without Drugs" provides adults, parents, educators, physicians and therapists with a menu of tests to rule out common hyperactivity and focus triggers prior to chemical therapy intervention. Many successful case studies are included. Millions of children and adults are diagnosed every year as being ADD or hyperactive in the United States. Many times the trigger can be easily corrected or deleted rather than undergoing expensive and sometimes dangerous chemical therapy. The most common treatment foe the ADD/ADHA/ADLD child is chemical drug therapy. Often the drug therapy is administered without ruling out the core triggers that activate a hyperactivity or loss of focus, exhaustion. Many times the hyperactive disorder can be cured by very basic changes in the person''s lifestyle. Chemical Intervention should be a very last resort as the side effects can be long term and devestating.
