This review is from: The Exceptional Child: Inclusion in Early Childhood Education (Paperback)
I have been teaching a course on Exceptional Development for a university for about 5 years now, and have used this textbook all the way through. This book is FANTASTIC. It is easy to read, easy to follow, and set up in a logical manner. It gives a nice broad overview of exceptional development, and I recommend my students keep this book to refer to in the futre as well. Highly recommended!

I was impressed that the book came as fast as it did as I needed it ASAP. I will order from Amazon.com again when I need a class book. Also instead of spending 114.00 I only spent 15.00. What a great bargain.

This book is easy to read and gives quite a bit of general information about the characteristics of exceptional children. One of the negative things about the book is that information is spread throughout the book instead of being in one or two chapters. This makes it difficult to make sure that you have read all of the information on a certain topic. This would not have been my first choice for a book on exceptional children, but it was required reading for a course that I took.
