Star Wars Saga 2008 Exclusive Order 66 Action Figure 2-Pack Luminara Unduli & AT-RT Driver

My five year old daughter likes female Jedi and my seven year old son is into Clone Troopers. This two-pack through an Amazon seller was less expensive than a single new figure in the store, and it's far less than the same ROTS Luminara figure alone. This was a win-win-win purchase.

My daughter loves Luminara, who teams up with Ahsoka at every opportunity. It's a repaint of the ROTS figure in black which is more true to the movie and animated series. The face is well done. The legs are nicely detailed with bronze shin plates, but they're hidden underneath the dress. Its fabric dress is frayed at the bottom, I believe intentionally, and it will definately need preventative maintenance. The bronze garment which hangs from the belt tends to curve upwards instead of hanging down. The knees and shoulders have ball joints, while the hips, wrists and bent elbows (like Darth Vader) rotate. The arms tend to pop off at the elbows, but re-attach easily. The ankles dont articulate. The head is supposed to move, but the large plastic head piece severely limits movement of the head as well as the shoulders and arms. It's a fun figure, but not too sturdy.

The clone is supposed to be an AT-RT driver, but with the camaflage colors, it looks more like an ARF trooper or an elite scout Clone. My son doesn't care one bit. He loves this guy. It's fully articulated except at the waist which swivels instead of the ball joint the newer clone figures have. It also comes with a very impressive, original looking blaster. This one is very durable.

Both the AT-RT Clone and Jedi Luminara Unduli are worth purchasing. This is a pretty even set, verses other Order 66 set's that mainly have one figure you may want.
