The Cobra Rattler is an armed A-10 bomber plane. It is one of the first Cobra used air crafts. It comes with its pilot Wild Weasel. Wild Weasel was also offered in a comic pack along with Ace earlier. The plane is mainly dark blue with a black nose tip. It also has a grey fan vent on each wing and tail. Behind those on the other end are the grey painted jet thrusts. The wings can be turned upward like if the jet was hoovering like in the cartoon or to its normal foward straighten postion. The engine cover above each wing fan vent are removable. Revealing the engines. Also the side panel on the front and one on the back of the plane are removable. Also revealing some circuit engine components. It brings two other additional side panels that have bullet holes. Which can be exchanged if you wish. The cockpit canopy opens. This time it is tinted black. Wildweasel despite being a little taller than the orginal figure fits in well due to the modified seat in the cockpit. Behind there is a twin gun barrel turret that moves up and down ,and moves sideways. It has a tinted canopy this time. Inside it is where the operator sits and makes use of this weapon. The figure not included. The plane also has fourteen missles. They are all removable. There's are just two missles with removable rubber missle heads. Their missle heads tend to tilt sideways. If it is touched on there but there isn't any problem straightening them. A black gattling gun underneath the front nose of the plane. It also has some special folding landing gear in the bottom. Each wing has a pre applied sticker. One of a red cobra with wings. The other with white letters and numbers reading Z06. It also brings a sticker sheet ,and the instuctions. I like the graphics on the box. Especially the insert ,the background, which has a nice artwork of an air and sea battle. The plane is big. It's one of the larger vehicles in the line. It has alot of play value. It is definately a must have.

I'm very displeased with the quality of the GIJOE toys as of late. I used to be a huge fan of the toys as a young boy having a very large set. Unfortunately I sold them all when I grew out of them. I thought I would reintroduce my son to them last Christmas. I bought well over $300 worth of the toys. Only the actions figures have survived intact thus far. I remember these things being MUCH tougher. My son isn't even that rough on toys but pieces just pop off like they were barely attached to begin with. the only place these toys belong is on a shelf as a collectors item. They are NOT made to enjoy and play with like the old toys. Cheap flimsy plastic and poorly fitting pieces I would not recommend this for anyone other than a collector.

I saw this at my local Target two weeks ago on clearance for $9! What a rip-off!
