5.0 out of 5 stars more than a *get off your backside and pull yourself together* book.

2.0 out of 5 stars nothing new here!
I do believe that when you think positively, you generate good energy that allow you to attract and find practical ways to get the good things in life but to say that I can "feel" my way to health, wealth and happiness is just crap! In real life, bad things happen to good positive people and good things also happen to mean, negative jerks! This book didn't add anything...

This review is from: Excuse Me, Your Life Is Waiting (Paperback)
Many of you may get this book from others that have read it and want to evangilise what it has done for them. I have bought many copies of this books for my friends as well as The Secret. The book is very easy to read and to put into practice. At a crude level it is about the mechanics of visulization. The emotions part is about controling your (emotional) reactions to external stimulus for a possitive interpretation of events. Like with the book/DVD The Secret this helps create the life you always wanted. Neither of these books are single religion based but more looking at how creation in your reality can come about.
At its root you will change from the self centered feeling of being a victim of life to a co-creator.
1. If you want to hide away and be one of lifes victims, with your mantra of *I cant cope* dont get this book.
2. If you want to have another fantastic day, every day, to have a job you love, enough money, a fantastic home life to have meaning and purpose as it has done for me, then these two books are cheap.
Its the same world for both people, why not choose the latter than the former.
The longer you leave it the less you have.

5.0 out of 5 stars Amazingly inspiring book!!!, September 20, 2008

(REAL NAME)
This review is from: Excuse Me, Your Life Is Waiting (Paperback)

I have found this to be probably the most exciting book on the Law of Attraction that I have read, and I have read a plethora of them, what I liked about it was the author's obvious ethusiasm in writing about a topic she so eagerly wants to share with others. Whilst many have been critical of her writing style I actually found that is what was so good about it, the fact she just allowed to her energy flow through in her writing and as she says herself we need to let go and stop being such "serious adults" and return to our fun loving nature of our inner child essence. I loved the way she goes fully into the way that it's our FEELINGS that magnetises our experiences into our reality, not just thought alone. The Univeres responds to our feelings (vibrations we're emitting)not thought alone. This why many people have done positive thinking and affirmations for years with little result. And the author keeps on reinforcing this message throughout the book - because they cold statements that lack the necessary emotional charge. As fantastic as this book is I am now working through her "Excuse me You're Life is Waiting Playbook" which follows on from this book and although I have never been drawn to exercise type books, this quite different and very inspiring also as she goes into great depth about the whole process of analysing our psyche to determine our feeling processes, and turn them around to lead a life of absolute Joy and abundance. Also she comes from the perspective of the Divine Spiritual Beings we are. So many books claim to be life-changing, often a trite line, I can say if you apply her techniques you will change your life around.

Mum Ultrapreneur: 8 essential secrets to starting, running and building a successful mum-based business

About five years ago a friend sent me this book, unannounced, from Amazon. I has read self help books before and books about positive thinking and many of them had danced with the ideas of the Law of Attraction but I must be honest none of them really resonated with me until I read Lynn's book. Was it her frank manner? Was it her honest humour? Or was it just that I was finally ready to hear? I don't know but what I do know it that no other book has spoken to me in this way. Now other book has been shared by me with so many friends.

This book has guided me towards greater knowledge and understanding and helped me create a more conscious life experience. I am proud to carry on the message to people I meet. I hope this book gives you the insight it has given me. Buy it with confidence.

2.0 out of 5 stars nothing new here!, February 28, 2011
This review is from: Excuse Me, Your Life Is Waiting (Paperback)
I do believe that when you think positively, you generate good energy that allow you to attract and find practical ways to get the good things in life but to say that I can "feel" my way to health, wealth and happiness is just crap! In real life, bad things happen to good positive people and good things also happen to mean, negative jerks! This book didn't add anything new, it was very repetitive, boring and unrealistic. What a waste of my money!

5.0 out of 5 stars Good primer--Law of Attracktion explained, June 28, 2010
By
This review is from: Excuse Me, Your Life Is Waiting (Paperback)
This is the first book I read on The Law Of Attraction many years ago, and after all these years it is still the best explanation. I've seen The Secret, but it's not explained as well as Lynn Grabhorn. I need to read this book regularly, because it needs to be refreshed. There is another book about job hunting, but I haven't read that one yet.

If you are interested in The Secret, or The Law of Attraction, start with this book.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best explanation, June 7, 2010

This book has given the best explanation for the law of attraction that I have come across. I highly recommend it to anybody wondering what the law of attraction is and how to put it in place. I need to read this at least once per year to remember the principles.

1.0 out of 5 stars repetitive and useless, December 14, 2011
This review is from: Excuse Me, Your Life Is Waiting (Paperback)
It just wrote the same thing over and over again. It only told you to have positive feeling (which is pretty obvious) without telling you how or saying anything that could put you to that positive feeling. Super annoying.

1.0 out of 5 stars Useless Read, August 10, 2010
This review is from: Excuse Me, Your Life Is Waiting (Paperback)
I've never written a review on any sites before so this is first. This is the worst book I've ever read on the power of positive feelings. The way author keeps stressing to apply "feeeeelings" throughout the book gets overly annoying & she keeps repeating herself. If you're considering a purchase of this book I'd recommend strongly AGAINST it. There are bountiful of great books out there.
