This book is quite thorough--probably more information than a person can internalize in one reading, but it's a good book to keep on the shelf in case you need to brush up before a special function (such as formal dinner, job interview, etc.)

The book is a little outdated, but extremely well written, informative and useful. Very good advice. Alot of topics covered. It was written in the early 90s, so much has changed. No chapter on email correspondence, for example. I would give it 4 stars now, but the system wouldn't let me change my review.

The book is a little outdated, but extremely well written, informative and useful. Very good advice. Alot of topics covered. It was written in the early 90s, so much has changed. No chapter on email correspondence, for example. I would give it 4 stars now, but the system wouldn't let me change my review.
