Our end users loved receiving these guides as a hand out at the end of classroom training. Our Help desk calls have reduced and that leaves us with more budget to support other projects. I get compliments from many of our new users and they like the independance these handy guides provide. It makes my department look good when we manage to make the transition to new software look easy. Thanks Nevada
