A pellucid primer on how to deal with the seemingly arcane profession of executive search. Its down-to-earth and confident advice stems clearly from a wealth of hands-on experience - as one would expect from this worldwide professional association. But it is much more than that. Above all, it empathizes with the candidate in what can be a daunting and difficult process. Some of the "dos and don'ts" will cause the reader to wince and smile at the same time, but they should be noted carefully. They are "right on". The covers of this small book will become well thumbed as it is referred to again and again.
