Pretty useful, I'll probably have to look over it again one day to revise the basic skills of counseling. Honestly, anyone who wants to improve communication skills may find this helpful.

When I ordered the book it seemed like I was purchasing the actual text book. What I received was the manual to supplement the text. I don't think the description of the item is very clear. I ended up returning the manual. :( bummer.
