Format: Spiral-bound
This is an excellent book. The stretches are easy to perform and are very beneficial. Not only did I notice a marked improvement in my flexibility but I found the exercises quite helpful in reducing stress. I highly recommend this book.

Format: Spiral-bound
If you are looking for non-intimidating yoga that will gently stretch you and relieve tension, this book is worth looking at.

Written by a great adept of yoga, the book is well illustrated with simple, easy-to-read text. The instructions are clear. The seated exercises chapter includes massage and movements for the face, eyes, mouth, and neck. Standing exercises are for shoulders, hands and wrists, abdomen and torso, and legs and feet. There are some basic floor positions as well.

Exercise for Joints and Glands is well-written for seniors, as well as those who are stiff and have limited range of motion.

Exercises for Joints and Glands (Rami)I received this "new" book two days ago. It came in a padded envelope, and was in a cellophane wrapper like new until I opened it. The book barely stayed together. The spiral was all bent. Pages letting loose. The corners were bent. The cover was all scratched. There is no doubt I was scammed. The integrity of this company is unreliable~ Pay the full price at a book store & see what your getting.

Great great exercise to incorporate into/ before your current yoga practice (hatha - or any other!)

Practiced these techniques everymorning at Swami Rama ashram in Rishikesh - was a game changer!

Highly recommend this simple illustrated booklet!

Format: Spiral-bound
This is a very good reference for yoga teachers who teach older students. The section on the face is very good and complete, since the face is often neglected in yoga practice. I would recommend this book.
