This is the longest most technical book I have ever seen without any kind of index. Whoever thought that was alright for a textbook should have to go back to school and try to use it. The illustrations are useful but difficult to find without an index.

More tattered and worn out than the listing said it would be, but it got me out of a bind and arrived exactly when I needed it.

Although it was a lot cheaper on here I'm kind of disappointed. This book was labeled as new, but the front and back covers as well as many pages have wrinkles in them and have bent corners. Not to mention the front page is half way ripped out. Overall the book is in decent condition, but I have a hard time believing it's new.

Purchasing textbooks from the internet is the way to go. I have never had problems with books that I have purchased from Amazon. This book I purchased new because the book store on campus charged 4x what Amazon sells them for. When the book arrived, wrapped in plastic, new, I noticed upon opening it that the pages were wavy and wrinkled as if it had been wet. This book is printed on special paper due to the detailed graphics of the book. The paper is very succeptable to humidity. I'm not sure where the book was stored, but I think it was in a very humid location.

If you plan on selling this book to one of the buy back companies like Textbooksrus...don't. They returned it to me saying the book was water damaged.

All in all, it was still much cheaper than the campus bookstore but now I'm stuck with it.

The pages are wrinkled and it looks as if this book is damaged by water. This was surprising to me, considering I bought it new. Otherwise fine. It arrived very quickly.

It looks as if the book was wet at some point-- all the pages are slightly wrinkled or warped. Other than that, all the pages seem to be intact and readable. Everything else was fine. I just didn't expect the wet-looking pages, considering I bought the book new.
