The box was broken in several pieces and part of the hardware was falling out. When I opened the box and took out the major pieces, the frames had several dents in them. I checked the hardware to see that all pieces were there before assembling and found that some bolts, etc. were missing. I packed it all back up and sent it back for a refund. Never had a chance to try it. Most disappointed.

My treadmill arrived in a heavily damaged box, with loose screws and bolts in the box, luckily only missing 1 washer. Unfortunately, one of the computer wires had been severed by the frame because of poor packaging. The treadmill was easy enough to put together, but upon assembly,I noted that I had 2 left handlebars. With the right handlebar containing essential computer wires, I was out of luck. The treadmill itself works okay, just no computer feedback. I have asked the company to send me the right handlebar and replacement for the severed wire.

usually after around 10 minutes of walking I have to stop and spend 10 minutes of trying to get the belt back to center. The meter doesn't work and it makes a lot of noise when I am able to walk on it. Very disappointed!

This manual treadmill is just what we were looking for. It arrived in fine condition and was easy to assemble. The materials are of good quality. It's primarily for an elderly woman to use for short exercise routines. The extended hand holds provide extra security. That's important from someone older. We chose the manual so that she can determine the speed and when she stops walking the treadmill stops. I've also used it myself and find it gives a good little workout. The computer is helpful, giving you calories burned, heart rate, speed, etc. I recommend this for others looking for equipment for the elderly or handicapped who can benefit from it.

Not as expected. Meter messes up constantly. And had to customize, as holes weren't properly placed. Other parts are loose, and will just not recommend. Thanks anyway.

I knew what I was getting into, so I'm not too disappointed, but the angle of the incline is way too steep even though its somewhat adjustable. The screen pedometer display doesnt work very well, but I may have failed at putting it together. This thing is massive and it doesnt store very well, even though the tread part folds up. Its just bulky.

But despite these issues, I havent had any problem with the tread slipping off. One thing that I did, which is probably not very safe, is I put those bed riser cubes they sell at Target on the back legs to make the incline less steep. I dont use it everyday, but it is a nice replacement for bad weather when you want a quick and inexpensive way to walk.

Oh.... Dont run on this thing, the results are bad. This is probably only good for power walking / extremely light jogging. Unless, of course, you like to risk your life

Easy set up, problems with belt sliding off at first, but after finally tightening it enough, its a nice little treadmill. I think folks would like the simplicity of it.

it folds up and takes up very little space. the battery compartment cover needed to be superglued. superglue didn't hold ,so used ducttape. it is well built. the spot where the digital dispay screws to the frame is a poor design. the wires should have come out a little further up. so i either cut out a small piece of metal or the wires will get smashed between the frame and plastic dispay. it's an easy fix, it's just a little design flaw. As i said before it is well built. that's why it's 4 star, otherwise a 5 star easily

My husband I both use this treadmill, and it has surpassed our expectations. There are no bells or whisltes on it, but we get a workout.
