At first I was dissatisfied that the colors weren't as bright as they appeared in the ad, but then I put it in my aquarium with plants and other decor and it looks great! It looks like a mini coral reef and the colors blend well with the plants on a light white gravel. My fish also use the cave to hide or explore and that is always fun to watch. The quality seems good also. So all-in-all I am very happy with it and the price was very good for the quality.

I bought this for my little 2 gallon aquarium. It's perfect for that. The colors are bright, and it just looks really nice in there. The fish like to play hide and seek in the little tunnel, too.

I purchased the 7 1/2 inch ornament for my 10 gallon tank. I had read other reviews where people said, it didn't look as colorful and vivid as it does in the picture. When I opened the box, I was expecting it not to be colorful, but it was colorful. It is so pretty and it really makes my tank more enjoyable to look at. Now if only my fish would swim in there instead of looking at it wondering if it's some strange monster. This is a perfect size for a 10 gallon tank, it's not too small and not too large.

I purchased the Mini Reef for my 1-Gallon Desktop home of my Betta (Freddie). But I also have two ghost shrimp. Ghost shrimp need a place to hide at times as they molt their protective skin on occassion. This not only serves the purpose but looks fantastic. No regrets!

I bought this for my 12yr old $1.25 goldfish.I thought this will be very colorful and will brighten up it's space since the gravel is almost white after we last replaced it 3 yrs ago.Even though this seems well built ,I was disappointed that it was very drab in color,not really colorful at all.Fishy seems to be curious about it so I guess it's not all bad. I gave it 4 stars because as my son said"you're not the one swimming around in the tank,don't worry about it."

This little reef is really cute and is proportionate in size for our 2.5 gallon aquarium. The colors are bright (but not unnaturally so)and the cave is our African Dwarf frog's favorite place.

I like it. The colors are definitely brighter once it's in the water. I find them even a bit too fluorescent, making it look fake (which it is, I know). Still a good buy and my fish are happy.
EDIT: The reef in the picture has a much lighter base colors. The one I got has darker blues as a base color and then dark green, red and pink corals on top. So the look is completely different from the picture.

I received a very crushed box via ups. After opening, surprised piece was altogehter, however the colors were way off compared to what we thought we were buying. We bought specifically for the yellow part of the piece. We wanted yellow in our decor (esp. bright). It is however a very ugly grey blue. We were hoping this piece would pop...colors are NOT bright!!

At first,I was very disappointed. The colors and brightness were not even close to the picture BUT when I placed them in our tanks(29 gallon and 10 gallon) we were very happily surprised. While the colors were different than the picture, they looked bright and colorful in the water. They did brighten up the tanks as we hoped they would when we ordered them. We are very happy with them. They also arrived 3 days earlier than expected which was great also. We would definitely buy items from this company again.

This was a great product, however, I did have to send it back because it was too small for my red eared slider turtle to get under it. Now that I have gotten fish I wish I would have kept it!!
