MY GOD I REMEMBER THIS VINYL LP IT TOOK ME RIGHT BACK WHEN I WAS
22 YEARS OLD THOSE WERE GOOD TIMES MAN I WONDER IF LONNIE LISTON
SMITH IS STILL AROUND BUT IT WAS SOOOOOOOOOO GREAT TO HEAR ONCE
AGAIN I LOVED IT SOO MUCH THANK YOU

lonnie liston smith is a one of a kind jazz player..on this album he demonstrate how colorful he can be with is music and still maintain a sweet hypnotic groove..i love all of is cds..i would love if lonnie would make an album like exotic now2002.....

I shall not get into a typical musical critque while referencing this collection of music. I will say only that I had searched for well over a decade to replace my vinyl versions. In finding it, I now have music that can either send me to the farthest reaches of space, or deep within myself. No other artist's expression has ever touched my soul so deeply as has Lonnie Liston Smith's. I now search for "A Song For the Children," and "Love Is the Answer," to complete my collection. Thank you Lonnie for layers upon layers of musical heaven.

I think these are the two best LLS albums made. Loveland takes you to a different level, with it's lush layers of electronic music. As a younger person, I would put these albums on when I had a date over to my place. Usually it would work!

If quiet nights and stars are out,THIS IS YOUR ALBUM. This music will save marriages.Romantic jazz at it's finest.
