"I am currently reading Mary Ellen's new book, "Expect Miracles," and must express my overwhelming gratitude for what this kind of book adds to all of our lives.

I read one or two "miracle" stories each morning to begin my meditation and prayer time, and usually end up starting this period of my day with tears running down my cheeks... which even as a male I lovingly admit!

Discovering how other people are helping one another or have discovered angelic help in their lives is a great way to start the day.

This book will make a perfect gift for all your friends, whether or not this is a critical time in their lives, or just as an added gift because you love them so much... either way, its message will be well received, I guarantee it, and more than likely passed on to other people in their lives as each day passes.

And hopefully, they too will buy extra copies and send them to their friends. I give this little jewel a 5 star rating (out of a possible high of 5). Share it with all those you love!

Think of Expect Miracles as Chicken Soup for the Soul WITH Soul. These days, it's too easy to focus on the bad things that happen. Mary Ellen shows us that there are plenty of good things happening. She also shows how we can perform simple acts of kindness and become someone's "earth angel." If you're feeling a little low, this book will lift your spirits. If you're already feeling good, this book will make you feel even better.

This old world is in need of Mary Ellen's special touch! Each of the stories provides much appreciation for events that happen to us and "lights" the readers' paths thru sunshine and stormy days, providing an inspiration to each and all of us, and encourages us to look for miracles, to expect to find them, and recognizing them.

"Expect Miracles" an exceptional book, and is one which I will read, reread and reread many times, it will always be a "very special friend", with its special words of wisdom, thoughtfulness, and love. Thank you! Mary

This book will guarantee to bring tears, joy and hope, and not necessarily in that order!

This book contains true stories of love, hope and faith filled miracles and tells us once again, how much we are loved by God and His angels. After reading this book, you will want to give it to others. If you are experiencing hardships in your life at the moment, this book will uplift you and comfort you. Each and every story was wonderful and amazing.

I have been reading MaryEllen's newsletter probably since the very beginning and would pass on her newsletter to the list that I was running. The stories were incredibly uplifting, miraculous and are now contained in this book.

MaryEllen's newsletter has given me much encouragement and hope during some very incredible hard times in my life and reading the book, I felt comforted on angel's wings! In fact, her newsletter is one I always read first.

MaryEllen says to expect miracles! I do believe that if we embrace living this way, miracles will indeed happen!

This past summer i was in the hospital for the 3rd time. I was feeling VERY depressed and hopeless. My friend Jamie came to visit me and she brought me a book. She had told me about Angelscribe.com and I had checked out the site a few times. Jamie also told me that she had wrote about a miracle that she had experienced and that Mary Ellen was going to publish it in a book. Well, the book was Expect Miracles. This book was not only a gift from Jamie, but also a gift from heaven. I read it from cover to cover as i lay in my hospital bed. The stories were so touching. It made me remember that God is in charge of my life and I need to let him take care of me... God Bless

Hi I am the Author of the Best Christmas Present story, that was published in Expect Miracles. This story was picked up by the Paxton television network and aired December 16 and December 19, 1999. I have up until now, avoided talking to people about my miracle, but after it was published in our hometown newspaper and a short interview on a local radio staion before it aired on television,I do not avoid it anymore, it has changed my life in alot of ways. People I had thought would find it unbelievable have approached me and told me of their own miracles,this has shown me it pays to be open about such experiences. It is a very moving and learning experience . The stories in the book have helped a lot of people and now I have a lot of friends who want the book, and relatives who bought and gave the book as Christmas gifts this year. I really owe Mary Ellen a debt of gratitude for helping me realize what I had was a gift to me. Thanks
